Terms of service: Online training invitations are sent out the day before your scheduled session.  A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  You have a one time cancellation fee waiver, where you can cancel a session in less than 24 hours, at no additional charge. All additional canceled sessions under the 24 hour window to that scheduled time will be charged in full for that training session.
